Sur La Table Cooking Class: Dinner in Paris!

For Christmas I purchased a cooking class from Sur La Table for my best friend Daphne who recently gave birth to the most precious little boy named Paxton. I knew I wanted her gift to be something special that she would love. Sur Lab Table was hosting a "Girls Night Out" french themed cooking class, which was perfect considering her love of all things french, and I could enjoy some time with her! 

I can honestly say it was well worth what was spent! We brought our own bottle wine for them to cork, made and enjoyed delicious food, and enjoyed the company of all the other women. (And one fellow who sneaked in to our ladies night out!) 



On the menu: Toasted Brie Croutons with Golden Honey - Ruby Beet and Haricot Vert Salad with Hazelnut Vinaigrette and Chevre Crumbles - Seared Duck Breast with a Pinot Noir-Shallot Sauce - Thyme-Scented Potato Gratin - Vanilla-Lavender Soufflé

I highly recommend taking a cooking class at Sur La Table. I plan on attending monthly and will post my experiences and favorite recipes
